Infrastructure as Code betekent dat infrastructuur niet handmatig wordt ingericht, maar geautomatiseerd via scripts of configuratiebestanden. Hierdoor kan infrastructuur op een consistente en herhaalbare manier worden opgezet, aangepast en beheerd.
